Julie is a litigator who specializes in law and motion and appellate advocacy in both federal and state court. She has handled cases at all phases, from pre-litigation investigations through discovery, and, ultimately, through trial (both bench and jury) and appeal. She has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance defense and the defense of entities, including municipalities, school districts, and other public entities, in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, employment, and civil rights. She has successfully represented clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, trials, and appeals.
