Lisa has over 30 years of civil defense experience and has successfully litigated high exposure cases representing individuals, common carriers, municipalities and school districts. Lisa’s practice has included cases involving catastrophic injuries in the areas of automobile liability, uninsured and underinsured motorists claims, as well as cases involving harassment, violations of various employment laws and regulations, sexual molestation, and construction defect. Lisa represents nationwide largescale community centers, condominium associations, property owners, property management companies and landlords defending premises liability claims including personal injury, habitability, intentional torts, unsafe premises, dangerous conditions, inadequate security and lighting, third party criminal conduct, assault and battery, mold contamination and vermin infestations. Lisa is knowledgeable regarding procedural rules, local ordinances and state laws as they relate to safety issues in condominiums and rental properties.

Her litigation experience includes jury trials and countless mediations and arbitrations.
